Geekman's Unboxed products are typically obtained from the following situation-
- We have 2-3 different product review websites and a YouTube channel, we buy new products from Amazon, Flipkart or the brand's official website to feature in our video. After 2-3 testing we resell that product on our Geekman Unbox platform with up to 60% discount.
All Unboxed products are properly inspected before they are sold on our website to ensure they are in perfect working condition.
Do note: Unboxed products are not second-hand products.

Sorry to say, but return or replacement is not possible. What if the product is defective? No, that's not possible because we carefully test every product before sending it out. If there's any issue, we don't ship it. If a problem arises later, don't worry. If you have the warranty and bill, you can seek assistance directly from the brand's customer centre.
What If The Product is Damaged During Shipping or doesn't arrive at my Location?
We only use reputed courier services that are masters in handling e-commerce shipments. We also take great care in packaging the product to minimize the chances of damage. If the product doesn't reach you, don't worry. In such cases, we'll assist you fully.
